A Birthday Wish To An Astronaut

These 3 stanza's are a part of a poem (love letters to an Astronaut) with 3-4 parts. I shall post the full poem another time.

Simple words can make thee smile
so thought to hold my pen and start to write
to wish you a happy birthday
and how we're delighted to have you in our lives, I may say with felicity

May God grant you joy, long prosperity
and send you power that keeps you away from misery
lighten your heart with faith and hope
May he keep you safe in every step you take

Hope today adds more happiness to your life
gives you good fortune and a beginning of new life choice
then you shall have it on your hand to own
with successful future, Amen.
